Dog Foster Network started with a simple, personal truth: one person can only do so much. Our founder became a foster — and then a foster fail — and realized that the bottleneck wasn’t love. It was access, visibility, and support.
Dogs were sitting in shelters and rescues, waiting for temporary homes that existed but couldn’t be reached. Fosters wanted to help but didn’t know where to start. We built DFN to close that gap.
Today we’re actively growing our network of rescue partners and working to bring more exposure to dogs in need — because every dog deserves a safe place to land while they wait for their forever home.

Fosters Register & Apply
Anyone who wants to foster creates an account, completes a short application, and gets matched with dogs that fit their home and experience level.
Rescues List Their Dogs
Rescue partners add dogs to the network, manage placements through their portal, and get visibility in front of a growing community of vetted fosters.
Fosters Earn Rewards
Every day a foster cares for a dog, they earn Foster Points — redeemable for real gift cards. The more you foster, the higher your level and the more you earn.
