By submitting this application electronically, I acknowledge that I have read and understand this form. I understand that submitting this application does not guarantee approval or placement of a dog. I certify that the information I have provided is true and complete and may be verified. I understand that any dog I foster through Dog Foster Network remains the property of Dog Foster Network or its rescue partners. I may not transfer, rehome, or adopt out the dog to another person or organization without written approval. I agree to contact Dog Foster Network promptly if the health or behavior of my foster dog changes or if I believe medical or behavioral support is needed. I understand that all medical care must be coordinated through Dog Foster Network or its rescue partners. I accept full responsibility for the foster dog’s care and actions while in my home. I agree to hold Dog Foster Network and its team members harmless from any claims, damages, or costs that may arise from fostering. If I am no longer able to foster, I agree to give reasonable notice and to return the dog to Dog Foster Network or its designated rescue partner. I will not place the dog with another party without approval.
